Rufus 3.20 Beta: Copy regional settings and create a local Windows account

The new version of Rufus 3.20 Beta has the ability to create a local account and copy the regional settings from the current Windows installation

Rufus, the popular bootable media creation app, has received another update with useful changes. The new version of Rufus 3.20 Beta introduced the ability to create a local account and copy the regional settings from the current Windows installation.

There are, however, some restrictions – you can only create an offline account with the same name as the current user and with a blank password. After the first reboot of Windows, it will be possible to change the password to the desired one.
