Microsoft has now released the Windows 11 22H2 optional update KB5017389 (Build 22621.608) to all devices running Windows 11. The update KB5017389 adds dynamic Widgets content to your taskbar with notification badging and also brings many improvements and fixes.
In addition to all of the fixes and changes, KB5017389 also delivers the first servicing stack update for Windows 11 2022 Update, taking it up to version 22621.378. It also takes Windows 11 up to build 22621.608.
Despite the lengthy list of fixes, the update does not, sadly, fix the problems that have forced Microsoft to block some people from installing Windows 11 2022 Update.
